I printed out a photo of fat and put it on the cupboard - oh my word it is GROSS! if that does not put me off food when I am not hungry I dont know what will!!! Thought about putting my fat photo up too but I hate looking at myself and it makes me feel sad and I want to feel happy and motivated not sad and deflated!
Apparently 3500 cals is 1lb fat - thats a hell of a lot of cals to lose aint it in a week :) but if you look at 1lb of fat it is loads so I guess when I used to say only lost a half - if you actually know what it looks like its a lot :)
Went into Leeds today and bought some lovely things at the chinese supermarket for my noodle soup - BUT I have just got the shock of my life at how many points rice noodles are! But all the rest is veg and water and low point seafood :)
Im wanting to follow others peoples blogs too but dont know how to join - am hoping I can see them through bryerhills when she has done it :) fingers crossed.
